Eric Mikolajczyk

Eric Mikolajczyk is a Navy Veteran with over 25 years of both operational and clinical healthcare experience. His is experience is in healthcare management, personnel development, instructional design, and in change management. Eric received his Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Southern Illinois University and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.

He was the Physical Security Officer at Naval Hospital Great Lakes. Eric effortlessly ran the 13-person department while merging it with the Veterans Administration Hospital. He was instrumental in the successful merger of the first joint Veterans Administration and Department of Defense hospital.   

Eric has a passion for training and learning, through inspiring his students to succeed, in the classroom as well as in real life situations. As the Clinical Healthcare Program Manager for Computer Systems Institute, Eric was constantly looking for different methods of teaching to increase the confidence of his students, through various hands on applications. During his tenure at Computer systems institute, Eric increased the pass rate for certification from 35% to 98%, within a 6-month time frame due to Eric tenacious dedication to process improvement.

I am inspired by students the continuous drive to improve themselves. I see the hard work and willingness to learn, and it drives me to give them my very best. Be BETTER, FASTER, and STRONGER than you were yesterday.  Then turn around and help those who need it.
